    Wrong size.

Posted by Kayle D. on 14th Jul 2014

Can't tell you much about the shirt. The wrong size was sent. I was assured that the correct size would be sent. That was two weeks ago. I can't track the items progress, I can't reach customer service, nor do they return my messages. I've never had this much trouble from this company. I hope the shirt will be worth it (if it ever gets here) .

    Nice shirt

I haven't worn this Propper TAC.U Combat Shirt in the field yet as I just received it this week. I bought it for backpacking and hiking as I tend to sweat a lot under the pack and I wanted a shirt that can quickly wick away moisture. I also like the long sleeves for sun protection. I can tell you that I cannot roll the sleeves up at all, and I had read that in reviews on other sites. It would be nice to have some kind of "guard" or "cover" for the zipper when it's in the up position so that it wouldn't pinch my neck. Some of the other combat shirts have this feature. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to using it in Yosemite this year. The sleeves seem very heavy duty. I love how the torso fabric is made out of multi cam and therefore the whole shirt looks uniform.

    Quality Shirt

This is a heavier shirt than the Tru-Spec combat shirt. It has a cape-type cover over the shoulders that protects them from the rubbing of the shirt-body seams that causes failures in the Tru-Spec shirts. The sleeves are also heavier. I have a 17 1/2 inch neck and a XL-Long is a little tight in the neck. I am happy with the shirt overall and Botach had the best deal around.
