The compact ASP Restraints Molle Keeper.
The ASP Restraints MOLLE Keeper is a durable yet lightweight plastic construction designed to accommodate the carriage of one ASP tri-fold restraint. This tri-fold keeper enables user to easily attach a single tri-fold restraint to a MOLLE strap on the tactical vest. The tri-folds can be inserted into this keeper with the pull facing upwards or down for rapid presentation. It is available in a plain black color.
